What we collect on this website

When you book a demo or claim the $3,000 credit. Both buttons open a booking page hosted by HubSpot. HubSpot collects the name, email address and any details you type into that form, and shares them with us so we can meet you. When you browse. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address, your approximate location at city level, your browser and the pages you view. We do not use it to identify you personally. Read Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

When you load the 3D tour on our homepage. The tour is served by Benaco (www.benaco.com), our platform partner. Loading it contacts Benaco's servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. The tour only loads after you click to start it.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising or remarketing trackers on this site.

Scan data our clients send us

If you are a client and send us scan data to process and host, that data is processed and stored on the Benaco platform under our partnership with Benaco. We access it to deliver the service you asked for. We do not use client scan data to train models and we do not share it with anyone outside the delivery of your project. Your own contract with us governs retention and deletion.

How long we keep things

Booking and enquiry records: as long as you are a client, and for six years after the last transaction so we can meet tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data: 14 months. Client scan data: per your contract, and deleted on request once the project closes.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK, EU or EEA you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can also object to processing or ask for your data in a portable format. If you are in California you have the rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information under any definition of sale.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. Google Analytics and, once loaded, the Benaco tour set theirs. Your browser settings control all of them, and blocking them does not stop the site working.

Changes

We update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top always shows the current version.
